When CaixaBank became the main sponsor of the Copa del Rey basketball tournament in 2017, they set out to create an impact far beyond the court.

We designed, coordinated, and executed an immersive experience that lived both at the main event and across the country through a travelling roadshow.

Over two years, we developed six original basketball-themed activities blending technology and physical play, from Virtual Reality and 360ยบ video to full-body motion tracking gamifications.

The roadshow visited 17 cities and engaged over 26,000 participants, bringing the excitement of the tournament to audiences of all ages.

Each activity was designed to be fast-paced, inclusive and visually impactful, making it easy for fans to connect with the spirit of basketball.

We took part in the 2017 edition in Vitoria and the 2018 edition in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, ensuring the spirit of basketball resonated throughout the entire experience.
